SCEL will mail a claim form by certified mail or via commercial overnight delivery service to the winner of the prize. SCEL will also contact the winner by phone and email if available.
Following the drawing and verification, and after the winner has been contacted, the winner's hometown will be posted below. For the winner’s privacy, only the winner’s location will be posted.
